♦Little Stars Gymnastics

8 Week Sessions

$99/Session

Ages 2 - 4 (without parent)

In our pre-school and beginner gymnastic classes participants will be introduced to gymnastics equipment and learn the basics of tumbling in a child-centered environment. Children will develop skills on the beams, trampolines and bars while exploring movement through stretching, rolling, jumping, climbing, and tumbling! There is no end of the year performance requirement and all participants will receive a ribbon upon completion of a class session.

♦Superstars Gymnastics

8 Week Sessions

Ages 5 - 7

In our pre-school and beginner gymnastic classes participants will be introduced to gymnastics equipment and learn the basics of tumbling in a child-centered environment. Children will develop skills on the beams, trampolines and bars while exploring movement through stretching, rolling, jumping, climbing, and tumbling! There is no end of the year performance requirement and all participants will receive a medal upon completion of a class session.

Showstopper Acrobatics

Ages 5-6

Wednesday: 4:45-5:30pm

Saturday: 9:45-10:30pm

Students will work on their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students will learn the fundamentals of tumbling, coordination and balancing techniques. Students will show off their skills in a number in the end of the year Dance Production.

♦Petite Acrobatics:

Ages 7 - 9

Tuesday: 4:45-5:30pm

Students will enhance their acrobatic and tumbling technique through a series of fun floor routines and strengthening exercises. Acrobats will develop coordination, strength development, flexibility, and discipline. Acrobats should be bare foot for class. Students will show off their skills in a number in the end of the year Dance Production.

♦Junior Acrobatics

Ages 9-11

Tuesday: 5:30-6:15pm

Pre-Teen Acrobatics

Ages 11-13

Wednesday: 5:30-6:15pm

Teen/Senior Acrobatics

Ages 14+

Wednesday 7:45-8:30

Acrobats should have at least 3 years experience in either Dance or Tumbling. Acrobatics will learn intermediate - advanced level of tumbling, lifts, and balancing technique. Acrobats will use body weight exercises to to build upper body, lower body, and core strength as well as enhance their flexibility and athletic development. Acrobats should be bare foot for class. Students will show off their skills in a number in the end of the year Dance Production.
